The instrument.

Gambino's lesson is restraint as strategy. Noise attracts the state, provokes rivals, and forces premature moves. Silence can preserve room for alliances, succession, and calculated pressure.

This is Machiavelli without theater: the prince who survives by letting others underestimate the center of gravity.

The warning.

Low visibility does not cleanse corruption. Gambino belongs here because a quiet system can be more durable than a loud one, and therefore more dangerous.
